Rudraksha belonging to the
family Elaeocarpeaceae is popular in indigenous system of medicine including
Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani. This plant
is native to India, Nepal, Indonesia, Australia, and other countries. The best
variety of the Rudraksha is from Nepal. Many scientific studies carried out show
