Rudraksha for Strengthening Immunity

Rudraksha belonging to the family Elaeocarpeaceae is popular in indigenous system of medicine including Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani.  This plant is native to India, Nepal, Indonesia, Australia, and other countries.
